64=normal module
72= ECC module
the 72 simply indicates the memory module is an ECC (Error Checking) capable module.
Dunno if it is really worth the extra money but at a difference of 10 bucks back when I got my stuff I went for it.
Isn't there a switch in UT for max/min desired frame rate??? I got one you can set it to what you want and the game changes detail settings accordingly to give you that FPS...
Hardware usually is IDENTICAL over the whole world, no matter where you buy it...
(you only gotta watch out for power supply stuff, but my monitor supports both 240V for Europe and 115V for US).
Warranty may be the only problem if a problem arises.
Looks impressive... BUT the nVidia GeForce2 (or GTS2) is already pretty close to that (except 3dfx's "native" features like T-Buffer).
And looking at the delays the V5 experienced and the fact that the 6000 version doesn't look to be released until September I seriously doubt that 3dfx...
All benchmarks I have seen so far indicate that the 566@850 is about as fast as a 733 PIII. So the Celeron would save you quite a lot of money...
However if you overclock the 700e it's an entirely different story.
