I don't think it matters. My doc doesn't have me fast for my cholesterol and glucose test. Results are about the same when I used to fast for my previous doc.
I guess that would be like a verbal consent. But the new dentist shouldn't be able to call the old dentist and get the records without the patient consenting.
You are entitled to a copy of your dental records. Ask for a copy of them. You probably should have done that when you last saw your retiring dentist. If your new dentist requests your records he/she may not get them unless you signed a release. In fact, it would be against HIPAA policy for the...
I haven't built a computer in about 5 years so I was looking for advice on a mITX build. Some video editing but no gaming whatsoever. No overclocking to be done.
Budget about $1000 but wouldn't mind going a bit lower. I'm going to use some parts from my current computer like:
PSU: Seasonic...
I tired a Panny before. Forgot which model. Video was good but I thought focusing was a little slow. I also don't care for EVF for fast moving subjects.
Two other retailers that are legit and good are Roberts and Samy's. I have also used Cameta. They sell a lot of refurbished items. For used, KEH is good and fair. You can sell some of your stuff there but won't get a good a price as ebay but at least you know you won't get cheated.
Two things my dad told me not to skimp on regarding to cars, brakes and tires. I would still go with a good brand named tires but maybe not their top of the line.
I wanted more protection from dust. I think I'll go with a couple of 4 TB portables that they sell at Costco instead of 4 2TB drives. They are part of my backup system so I will have other backups.
I do have a 2 bay dock. But have 4 drives. Didn't want to always be swapping them out.
Four power cords. Only one I came up with is a 4 bay dock from Startech. Don't know if I should keep the hard drives in them and have to deal with the dust.
I'm looking for a 4 bay external storage for some backup hard drives. I would like it to be able to turn each bay on and off separately. Connect to PC with USB. Can anybody point me to some options? Thanks
2001 Tacoma bought new in Feb 2001. Has almost 200,000 miles on it. Was my DD until this year when I got a new Forester. Still keeping the truck for the times I need one.
For me, squatting took the most out of me so I did it on Mon. (hopefully didn't party too much over the weekend). Personally, I would not do lunges. We did do leg ext for the quads, leg curls for the hamstrings and calf raises. Also important to do weighted ab exercises. Nice to have tone abs...
You're playing hockey the night before you squat? Squat when you are more rested, either Mon or Fri. Do you squat with a partner? Partner will sometimes help you push through a sticking point.
I like ACDSee. I can place keywords and categorize without cataloging them. My experience with cataloging is that the program is looking for that particular hard drive if you have to change it, got to start all over again. That has been my experience. Maybe I'm doing things wrong.
Forgot about the decontamination step. I use a fine grade Nanoskin mitt with any type of clay lube. I don't do it too often because it can cause micro marring.
I just starting detailing my vehicles about 3 years ago. The best thing I bought was a Griots Garage DA polisher and Lake Country CCS pads. I needed to use compound and polish to get rid of swirl marks, oxidation and water spots. Been using HD Cut and HD Polish. Good products and not too...
How about getting a waterproof camera when you go to the beach? It'll eliminate the risk of ruining another body. Never know when a housing or bag will develop a leak.
