My verizon galaxy nexus would drain faster with 1amp charger. If..
Hotspot 4g
On call
With screen on
All things I do when at work.
So I got sgs3. Now I don't even need to plug it while working most of the time.
I'm seeing few bugs with this phone that just should not be on a phone that's sold on the mass market.
One, if you type too fast on the google search it crashes the search and takes you to home screen.
two, on the keyboard quick symbol (holding down the period key) the touch location is...
I don't even play games, or graphic intensive items. Just my work email and texting. It's ridiculous. Considering that same use I put on my iphone that i carry side by side is down to 75% now and the GN was at 4% 2 hours ago. both starting at the same time last night when i charged it to...
price is not that bad.. 189 at amazon now.. was 150..
my first day impression is.. I hate it's battery life. I'll disable 4g to see if it's better. but if it doesn't get significantly better.. i'll have to go back to IP4s. Phone dying on me is the last thing I need to worry about when working.
anyone find a cheaper price on extended battery?
I just got my phone from amazon as well. 5 days from order to delivery. no complaints here.
I also had a dead pixel. called amazon and they're shipping one out right away for advanced replacement. Gotta love Amazonwireless
Patience pays off!! Ordered the phone and plan through amazon. It said estimated ship date was 30 of dec. but just got a mail saying it was shipped. Woot. Saved company 150 bucks.
Great deal and $75 Amazon GC with purchase or select Milwakee tool sets..
there are some great 18V cordless tool sets here. If i didnt' already have all these power tools. I'd get it in a heart beat.

I have both T410 with 9 cell and T410s at work. T410 with 9cell is does stick out the back and heavy. but it does last 3-4 hours of work time.
T410s with ultra bay battery lasts a little less but it is significantly lighter.
I don't' know what you do with laptops that make you say ultrabooks...
amazon samsung plasma pn59d6500 is $1350 free shipping and tax free.. you get the samsung 1" wall mount.. for $80 and call it a day.
and those with fear of burn in's.. it's not completely gone but it's very durable. i've left it on computer for few hours. I'd never go back to LCD.
well I got the BIOS issue fixed. I just forced it to update to backup BIOS after updating with the primary bios by pressing ALT-F12 during boot (just keep pressing as soon as computer is powered)
with F6 I can actually turn off my pc without having it worry about it going back to defaults...
All I can say now reading forums just about eveyrwhere, new sandy bridge boards are full of bugs and gremlins.
My own Gigabyte p67a-ud4 is full of problems as well
can't come out of sleep,
falls back to backup bio on reboot if OC'ed (unless it's drained completely of power) every time...
well if you're thinking about flashing bios to unlock shaders don't think too long. theres planned PCB change to a different VRM that will prevent 6950 unlocking.
grab what you can now if you still want the ability to unlock.
tigerdirect has a rebate + shipping.

i received mine. looks new just like other refrubs i bought. while 90 days is not a long time, I don't think it will go bad if it survives those days considering I use it often.
Also I got a 15% discount coupon for other things.
on a side note. yesterday I called to talk about canceling my outlet order and the sales person tried to sell me the new U3011. quote "I spoke with my manager and I was able to get the promotion price of $1099."
so you can get these at 1099 brand new if you deal.
well if what StanFL says is true then it might as well be that warranty be more than 90 days since these are u3011 models. I'll know when I get mine. It got shipped with delivery date of 29th this month.
from dell website

i think samsung is trying to dominate the market. why else would they do this? when the 2.2 froyo update comes out for these phones it's going to be no brainer which phone to go with.
fact is my GPS works fine. it does take a long time to sync up, like a garmin gps when it's powered up. but...
fascinate is 0.01 now at amazon.. WTF..
you try upgrading thru verizon before 6 months.. you still pay out the nose. yes upgrade is more.. but $150 is still damn good deal. Amazon will check with your carrier if you are elegible for an upgrade too.
they are all galaxy S. just differnt models for each carrier, Vibrant for Tmobile, Captivate for ATT and Fascinate for Verizon.
They are all a little different in that they have a different community for each unit.
Data plans are different than texting. and you don't get a choice...

http://www.amazon.com/Samsung-Captiv...7508483&sr=8-2
here you go. didnt list tmobile as its not really hot deal
Some crazy prices for the top of the line phones from Samsung. probably has to do with the GPS issues on these phones right now but what ever the reason they are great phones.
I got my Fascinate(verizon) last week from amazon for 50 bucks with new service last week and price dropped by another...
i've just about heard of every drive from every manufacturer crapping out. So yes I could have gotten two smaller drives and may be have gotten a better price per gig/performance, but the fact is the performance between all these drivers are small.
It's like comparing a i7 to i5. sure I can...
I like to keep all the main software I use a lot on the boot drive. win7, photoshop, office, some work software, and a few games. MP3 and other things can go in the HDD>
my HDD main partition is at 110GB (used) right now and it has next to nothing in media files. I'm sure I could have gone...
