I was able to place an order last night, it actually arrived today...my +R discs are all made in Japan, but my -R discs are made in Taiwan. I didn't open them yet to identify them, in case I can go and exchange them with ones made in Japan...anyone check them?

Yeah, Best Buy had them at 29.99 apparently, and I was able to pricematch with no problem. They only let people buy 3, though. I did just burn a disc and it plays perfectly fine on my norcent dvd player, so I'll just return the other 2 spindles. Or, maybe I could buy the 2 ricoh from CC...

LAVA Lamps 16.88

Are these pretty nice quality? I got this weird "blob" lamp that was basically some sort of metamorphic plastic polymer that went from 1 big dense lump of solid to a gel form when the lamp finally warmed up for 1-2 hours... the bulb fused after about 8-10 hours and I haven't bothered replacing...

This site looked suspicious to me, I remember it once being overclockerz.com or something, and then it changed to oc system (I think), and now it's changed again. One reason why, is that it has terrible reseller ratings. Basically, they don't even have the products they're selling, they wait...

DragonBallZ Video CDs for 4.99

This is most definitely NOT legit. The legit release of Dragonball Z in North America are the dvds and tapes released by Funimation. Now they've done a shitass job in my opinion, and won't even release the first 50-60 eps with japanese audio and subs. But yeah, these are bootlegs.

Fuji rebates take a LONG time to pay off in my experience... once i tried their 21-days or less thing and it took 2 months. It took 3-4 months for regular paperwork. But they paid off each time. I think I'm well stocked right now though.

I actually preferred getting this 5400 rpm drive compared to the faster (and louder) 7200 model based on my experiences with this 20gig maxtor i have right now that's 7200 rpm and is excruciatingly noisy. I have a seagate barracuda type iv as my main drive anyways, the 40gb will only be storage.

It isn't hot if you plan on overclocking at all... the new samsung chips are horrible overclockers compared to their earlier chips. Some don't overclock even 1 mhz above its rated speed.
