Hey guys, I just got my order confirmation from Staples, and they are trying to charge me the regular price or $39.99. Even though it still lists at $.01 in my order history. Just giving a heads up.
I'm about to sign up for DSL and I need to know if the modems have been standardized yet, and if so what is the standard. Since I have to pay about $199 for the modem (Paradyne) if I do sign up I want to know if I would be able to use if for another company if I had to switch over.

I'm with USAA too. When I called them they said that the dispute period is only 30 days. Have you had any success in disputing the charge with them? If so, what did you do? By the way my card with them is a Visa.
