I can't get my new build to boot up. I started unhooking things when it wouldn't boot and i've found that if I have ANYTHING plugged into the connectors that are not hard wired into the power supply the computer won't boot up. As soon as I unplug the power on the hard drive, and graphics card...
My motherboard is the ip35 e. I think the problem is my graphics card I can disable and the noise seems to go away i'll keep testing to see if that's what it is. The problem is that it doesn't happen all the time so, it's difficult to test. I have to try and troubleshoot when the noise shows up.
Hrmm unplugged the hard drive noise is still there, checked the dvd drive not there either. Power supply isn't really a cheap one it's an antec truepower650 i'm hoping it's not that. That will be a pain to remove.

Hey guys i just built my system with an ip35 e and an e8400 processor and when I boot it up I get an error that says cpu not workable or has been changed. Anyone have any ideas what is going on with it. System specs are as follows.

i've got the right panel off of it right now, i have 90 percent of my cords running through the back. This cord is just to short to reach all the way up to the top of the motherboard =(.
I have a p182 case, and an antec 650 truepower blue. The problem i've got is that my 8 pin power adapter for the cpu won't reach the slot on the motherboard. Any suggestions?
I have a dp930sb monitor and i've lost the display on it, all i get is a thin horizontal line. It's been doing that for a while but today it finally went to a single line and stayed that way. Do you guys know of anyone that repairs or refurbishes these. I love this monitor i'm stubbornly...
Imo the white is kinda ugly LOL. The cheapest I can find for the case is 135 with shipping at mwave.com. If you know of a site where I can find it cheaper please let me know :)
I've decided on the p182, i'm switching to the Abit i35E it will give me pretty much everything I want at a cheaper price. That case on zipzoom is out of stock, and the cheapest I can find is 160 with shipping =( but well worth it IMO. The only other real question I have is xp or vista?
