Team membership is automatically transferred when you activate the BOINC account. You don't have to do anything special. That's how I experienced the transition. :D
Individual stats Keep your account ID handy.
Change your preferences here In the boinc windows project tab right klick on the project of choice and choose update. Take a little time to update though or you'll get an error message. "Last RPC call x seconds ago" I set my s@h preferences to 3 to 4 days. :D Works like a charm.
