Yes but each of us have different settings and no reply is specify to follow the best settings.
In the 1.90a there's another option for PCIE for instance, not only fan setting or cpu step.

I tried to put 300/295 and 290. It booted but didn't pass OCCT. Had to let my 280 which work like a charm.
I tried to put PCI E request queue VC1 to disable but didn't launch 3Dmark after that to see results.
With my 8800GT i didn't had to flash bios with a previous one...
