If he did that, he would have the record for the longest "tethered" flight with balloons as opposed to "longest flight with balloons", period. :disgust:

I say this as objectively as humanly possible with nothing but my experience interacting with them (in the office, in the marketplace, on the road) to back it up: they are one of the most rude people on this planet!
The fob ones are much more so with their almost complete lack of the ability...
I'm using Ulead VideoStuiod 9 and I am trying to add subtitles to a video. The problem is that it's all synced and stuff but when I publish the video, the subtitles go out of sync as time goes on leading up to a 3 second delay at the end of the 10min video!
What can I do to fix this? Thanks.
Well I am not really expecting anything more to happen. I think she learned her lesson. If someone else had taken her garbage and put it on my lawn, she has no way of knowing who returned it, i.e. me because I didn't give her any information about myself. If she did it herself, she knows now not...
Well that's the thing. People don't really sort out their garbage. The only reason I was able to identify this woman was because she had put letters (recyclable items) in the trash bag.
