Have a customer who had one of his partner's try to setup their new MAC mini server. He assigned it a fixed IP address (which we don't konw) and set a password on it (which he forgot). It does not have a DVD drive built into it. So my question is how can I reinstall Snow Leopard server on it...

I currently have a GeForce 9600GSO (fixed, not 9600GTS) 384mb and am considering upgrading to GeForce GTS 250 1GB card. My budget is around $100. Do you guys think it is worth the upgrade, will I notice much of a performance upgrade in games like COD-MW2 or BFBC2?

Wow...I use FF 3.6 w/ ad-block and a few other plug-ins and it is very fast for me. Since upgrading to 3.6 I have not had any flash video choppiness either. And this is with it running on three different systems...I get the same performance.

Actually I use a free program called Super. Encoding is fairly quick with it. http://www.erightsoft.com/SUPER.html. Their website is a little wonky though and sometimes I have trouble finding the download link.

I am helping a friend with their Sony Handycam (the type that records to the mini DVDs). They have several videos and photos saved on the DVD and they want to finalize it so they can read it on the computer. When we go to finalize the disk on the camera it get's about 25% through and flashes...

I hope they get it right. I loved the first OFP. The add on / mod community is huge for it and is still going on. I have played that on and off since it came out in 2001. The mod's have made the replay-ability great.
I had the same problem...some digging on Google (and I do mean some digging!) I found out you cannot be running Process Explorer (I had the same problem with BF2142). When I stopped Process Explorer I was able to launch Crysis.

I have used Syncback Free edition by 2BrightSparks software. It is flexible enough to allow you to sync one way or both ways and it will make copies of files instead of compressing.
