What's the best heatsink/fan combination for the P4 ?

What is the best 21" Monitor that supports 1600x1200 very well

I've had a ViewSonic G810 for two years now (21"), running at 16x12. Absolutely terrific monitor. Not sure about the price, though.

Best antivirus program?

Norton's is my personal fav. The biggest disappointment is that their email protection will NOT cover @msn email addresses. I know....I should simply ditch the MSN account. But I've had this one for nearly 6 years now. But I'm not about to pay the extra $40 just to have Norton cover my MSN...

Sounds foolish maybe, but I seem to recall a *tweak* to increase monitor refresh rate. Come to think of it, this may have been something than was scripted for my PC specifically (SilverBack - was that you?) At any rate, any feedback on this? Are there tweaks to improve a monitor's refresh rate?

What the best case, beside Antec?

I just bought the Fong Kai FK-320 chassis (black). Gonna use it as my "test bed" PC. Never used Fong Kai before (I'm a die-hard SuperMicro fan myself), but it looks like a good chassis - with a decent price tag as well. Looking forward to toying around w/it.
