    It really isn't that bad. You'll get your first batch of certs pretty quickly, which works well for grabbing a good number of the 1 cert upgrades so you can upgrade a variety of classes quite a bit for such a small investment. Beyond that, you really aren't crippled without spending money...

    With a little knowledge, you will find you rarely end up having to travel very far before you can start fighting. As you get more used the map, you'll be able to either pick spots to spawn in the action, or at least spawn near a vehicle station so you can cut down that travel time. ATVs work...

    It saves just fine. I've used it a few times here and there when I've changed my mind about a particular perk. Just be aware that removing a perk does not return a perk point, and adding perks does not consume perk points.

    To my best knowledge SkyUI isn't completed yet, and so far should only change the basic inventory screen, meaning looting will use the same UI as always. One of the other UI mods (q-something maybe?) will change the looting screens though.
