    My trick is jogging 5-6 miles 6 days a week in a 8-9 min/mile step, and one long easy 10-12 miles run on weekends. Hardly any other workout, no change on diet(didn't eat more either).

    Yes, it's a carburetor. It seems running fine, no choke while driving. Only chokes when you turn off iginition. Why would the engine keep running after ignition is off? There shouldn't be any spark inside engine.
