one of the pixels on my L227wtg seems to have gotten stuck on green on the far right side of the screen. is there a way to reset it or something? that sucks so bad, this monitor has been almost perfect until now. :| edit: ran udpixel for an hour and it unstuck for a few seconds but went back...

well i switched to 8.6 hotfix drivers and my games load and the artifacting is gone but now i'm getting a problem with my screen going black and my monitor has an "out of range" message come up. wtf? i love the perfomance of this card but the drivers simply suck.

what drivers should i be using with this card? i have 8.7 now and they're pretty unstable it seems. freaking 3dmark03 freezes on startup, 3dmark06 has crazy artifacting, and a lot of my games won't even start up. i am using the fan fix (45 percent) and i idle at 42C and load at 55C so it's not...

i thought intel was supposed to be having price drops on the 20th of july? the e7200 is supposed to go down to 110 but i still see it listed at 125-130. what about ram? pc8500 ram is like twice as much as pc6400.

quick question

i've not gotten a processor yet. right now i'm using an athlon xp-m and a 9800 pro so yea i need to upgrade pretty bad lol. for my upgrade all i've gotten so far is a motherboard (a gigabyte ep45 ds3l). i'm planning to overclock and i know the average e2180 oc is 3-3.2 ghz so that's why i put...

what about the e7200? it has 3mb of l2 cache instead of 1 like the e2180. would i have to buy faster ram to keep up with the higher fsb of the e7200? also what's a good quiet hsf for under 25 dollars?

bump. sapphire makes a slightly oc'ed 4850 with a zalman cooler but it's a bit overpriced.

Any old-school 'budget cpu' overclockers on here?

no one knows when the e5200 is coming out? i thought it was supposed to be july but i still can't find one. some online merchants have them listed but all are out of stock it seems. grrrrrr... i'm just about to do a budget oc build and i was going to buy an e2180 but the e5200 seems like it...

well i have the l227wtg in my possesion. i thought it was the best looking monitor best buy had on display, better than the samsung 2232bw. the samsung looked kind of washed out compared to the lg. i'll post some thoughts after i've played with it for a bit. ;)

i don't think they carry asus monitors at best buy or circuit city? i'd prefer to buy something locally so i can return it easily if i don't like it. this is going to be my first lcd monitor. :( i think i'll go to best buy and circuit city tomorrow to look over some monitors...any other monitors...

i'm looking for a gaming monitor for under 300 dollars. how does the lg l227wtg compare to the hp w2207? i saw the l227wtg at best buy and i thought the screen looked oversaturated and unnatural.
