    Don't! As far as I know PhenomI/II cores are soldered to the IHS. You will need to heat it up with a heatgun for it to be able to remove, which is a very dangerous operation. Hugh risk seperating the core from the FCPGA-package.

    Have you tried to reset the BIOS on your system? You should also try to puch the ram and videocard a little harder, once you secured them with the clips. Just to be sure they are all the way in. Edit: If nothing else works it seems like ECS sent you a CPU killer.

    Some people seem to notice a difference between analog and digital. Mostly when looking at text. If you run Win XP make sure to visit Microsoft homepage and search for "cleartype set up" or something similar. Makes wonders on LCD displays, at least it did on my laptop.

    You got it right, set is a 16 cylinder slave. And power it up. To get the drive recognized in windows, go to IBMs homepage and dig up the Disk Manager 2000 Found here. Install and follow the simple steps, and your harddrive should be formated and ready to accept data in less then 5 mins.

    Try to pressdown your memory and AGP card a little more, sometimes they look to be seated properly but ain't. If that doesn't work take out the CPU and check it for "chippsand cracks".
