I've never used them personally. I don't like Gskill simply because there website is broken, If they can't even keep there official site running decent, whats its going to be like if I have to RMA... plus there memory is ugly and there name sucks lol.
If you want to be sure check the p45 manual pages 2 13-16 for "officially" compatible ram. I checked and no 800mhz 4gb kits are listed for corsair (Gskill has several 800mhz 4gb kits listed though). Doesn't automatically mean it won't work but its not listed anyway.

Hard, since many games I'll only play through once and I usually dominate on normal settings, that being said I much prefer games with more than a 3 tier difficulty as some games turn into reload hell on hard if you haven't played though it and learned all the tricks.
