Everything is set to default and everything works fine, however as soon as I insert the card and as soon as the windows screen comes on that it blue screen and reboot. Ill try and get the new drivers for the board and see what voltages its running.

It does say it supports 2 slots for pci-e but if you do use a dual gpu they will run at 8x8x and not 16x16x speed this is reserved for the x38/x48 chipsets only and not the p series.

I just tried doing everything, removed battery all the components and inserted minimum (CPU, memory 1 dimm, graphics card) and no joy. Got to say relly dissapointed should never have moved away from ASUS. I think its a lesson learned:
