Threads like this are the reason that i wanted to go ahead and do something like this. I was a bit nervous after i put everything together hoping i didnt "f" up the hardware with all the block installs and hoping that when i connected all the tubing it was all connected right...

I was just wondering with the mixing metals thing...all the blocks are nickel plated with the exception of the gold plating on the gpu blocks. Do you think this will still have corrosion problems...even using anti-corrosive liquid? Aigo you think it took you long enough to get to this...

Hey wood is there an easy way to replace a section of tubing without draining the whole system? The tubing that connects my gpu's looks lik eit is kinking a lot more than what i would say is acceptable.

Well, i am going to be mounting the bottom rad underneath the case and it has wheels that i can attach to raise the case up about 1.5 inches giving the Rad about 1 inch clearance. I will try the fans as exhaust(push) and intake(pull) and see which gives better temps. As for the 120.1 rad i think...

Got all my WC components today...started to put things together in order to leak test...unfortunately the tubing had a larger OD than i expected...so i need to order different tubing. does this make sense to anyone?

holy sweetness...nice rig man. Whjat did you find was the best way to cut the window? What kind of plastic did you use, acrylic? Sweet RES too. Too many tubes IMO but very nice work! I dont plan on going that far with my system obviously, i am not skilled enough to start hacking away at my case...
Thanks for the tip woody...unfortunatley i ordered feser liquid. It supposedly prevents corrosion with copper brass nickel and aluminum. I dont think i should have too many problems. I bought all nickel plated compression fittings,so i am not too worried about leaks either. But, then again this...

The koolance fittings do look very nice, and i ordered koolance fittings for all...
The cpu block has a brass top that is nickel plated...and the gpu block has an aluminum top which is also nickel plated. If they are both nickel plated and i am using anti-corrosive liquid, it shouldnt make a differnece right? i guess what doesnt make much sense to me is that most water blocks...
Why avoid koolance? Have you actually used koolance parts? From the reviews i have read thay make pretty decent parts. I understand that Koolance has improved over the years. What does mixing metals do? And by mixing metals what do you mean? I have already ordered the koolance blocks....
I have a friend running his system on a similar setup and has 2 gpu blocks and the cpu block and the exact same pump as you. he is running 2x 8800gts(g92) overclock and his temps never go above 52*c. Though he is running on a 120.3 rad. your setup could be similar. I havent got the water...

you should be able to use the 4-pin on an 8-pin cpu power connection. It is a P4 EE and shouldnt need an 8 pin. Is it Possible that the processor is dead or the 20-24 pin power connection is loose? Make sure that both the 20-24 pin connector and the 4 pin connector are plugged in all the way...

I would definitely agree with previous posters...dont go over 1.4v...i persoanlly wouldnt go over recommended specs. You should be able to hit 4ghz with an unlocked mulitplier and not exceeding 1.4v. This guy is at 3.6ghz @ 1.288v.
