Say CyberGarbage DID go out of business. Could you dispute the charge with your credit card and get your money back anyway? I disputed a charge from ValueAmerica when they didnt send me a rebate after they went out of business and got my money (rebate value only)!!!
I MAY be getting screwed on this deal. This rebate form clearly states "Start Date 6/1/00". I took advantage of an identical deal back in May. I got my rebate for the May purchase but I never got my rebate for the next rebate period starting 6/1/00.
