The Arctic Silver 5 will probably be fine, but hey, its a new build and I hear Grizzly Hydronaut paste is one of the best and can shave a few degrees off over AS5. You can probably get it at Amazon or Newegg shipped fast.

That video tells me nothing. If Ryzen is not at 3200mhz ddr or higher that is the issue. Things change with fast ram in Ryzens favor.

It will not be a side grade. You are gimping it with your memory. Get two 8 gb sticks of G.skill Tridentz 3200 C14 or 3600 C16. Running ram at 3200 makes a HUGE difference in games, and running it at 3600mhz hopefully in the future (May) will obliterate an i7-7700.

I am like you and stuck on Firefox. I have years of ordered bookmarks and it is the only browser that properly displays bookmarks in the left column for easy clicking of hundreds of bookmarks. I've tried every browser even with add ons, but they just don't do the left bookmark column correct...

Forget Vega, no fanboi here. Nvidia just needs to get it's sh!t together. They will see all the Ryzen sales and then improve their drivers for Ryzen. They won't want to lose the business. They really only had to cater to Nvidia for years, as AMD never had the top end card.

Thanks, that was the kit I was looking at and I probably wouldn't even install Ryzen master, I would do it all from bios, good to know their is a 2933 and 3200 speed in ram options. I guess the only thing I am really waiting for is to see if 32gb 2X16 3200 kits will work soon.

I think the point of the 6800k is you are going to overclock it to 4.2ghz. Personally I am leaning to the 6850K and overclock it to 4.4ghz, which will kill Ryzen in games and be close to it in productivity if you aren't a render monkey.
