Does your rig cold boot? Is OS installed? Is case wired to mobo? Is bios set to no KB? Does bios find HDD? What IS working? Anything? Your fan will spin forever until OS boots and detects acpi/powr mgmt/etc. If all this is ok - possibly psu is toast??? check connex!
