Scythe Katana 2

Scythe Katana 2 What do you reckon of this cooler + fan? is it worth it? I'll be fitting it to a Q6600 with g0 stepping, can i expect decent results, would i be able to overclock well? And is it fairly simple to fit? Thanks for any advice or recommendations :)

60mn or 45mn Core 2 Quad

Awesome, i'm gonna go with the Q6600, i was always more happy with it anyway, i'll probably spend £20-£25 on a heatsink/fan, can anyone recommend me one? And shh about the mn :P
