program for monitoring HDD usage

I want a program that will do what the win2k task manager does for CPU and Memory, but for my HDD. If I'm running several ftp programs, I oftentimes want to know how my HDD is handling it, adn would like to monitor it in general. Is there any kind of proggie that does this? Thanks

At what point is memory speed more important that MBs of RAM?

well it's win2k, which is pretty memory intensive. I'll be playing some games, too, like Diablo II. I guess I"ll just give it a test run with just 256, and see how taht goes.

I've got a 256 of PC133 SDRAM on the way. I currently have two 64 MB PC100 sticks. Should I put the two stickes of PC100 in for teh extra 128 MB, even though it will bring the PC133 down in speed?
