    Question About My Sound Blaster Live "Value" Sound

    Did you set it correctly to use the correct number of spearkers(ie 2, 4, etc)...sounds like you have it setup for 4 speakers or have your speaker plugged into the wrong port(back instead of front). My cheapo 2.1 speakers are plugged into the green port on the card and works fine.

    :( Samsung 900NF is blurry! :(

    My 900NF was also blurry too when i first got it, but it was bearable after some tweaking. Then I slowly noticed that the picture became clearer after 2 weeks...with a little bit more tweaking i got it to work good now.

    win98 is much more tolerant with hardware anomalies than win2k is. Had a computer that wouldn't install win2k either...found out that i got a semi defective part but would work fine in win98.

    What are you ultimately doing with the 2 LCDs? Have you considered the Radeon as an alternative to the G450? I'd say gimmie one of those LCDs and you wouldn't have a problem using 2 video cards :)

    Did you install the drivers for the 761 chipset which includes the agp driver. In past threads i read in the forums installing the 761 drivers greatly increased the framerate.

    had a similar problem, took out sound card(soundblaster 128 PCI) and the computer booted right up...i think my supervisor installed the drivers for the card wrong. hope this helps.

    why? the laplace transforms and it's inverses are pretty easy to remember/memeorize and most of the complex ones are linear...if it gets rough you can always derive the laplace by yourself. I learned it 3 weeks ago and it found it really easy.

    I've already have done that. All my channels on my ide are set to UDMA if available. Everytime i reboot it always starts out as UDMA(checking in device manager), then after some disk activity I go back and check and it changes to PIO...this is very reproducable.
