Klipsch ProMedia 2.1 computer speaker

I'm thinking of buying the Klipsch Pro Media 2.1 speakers. I want to hook them up to a Samsung 46 inch lcd TV...is this possible. I read that it was but the person did not explain how to do it.

So is your a 2.4 or 3.....the reason I'm asking is mine is a 2.4 but no one can tell me from experience if it will work with the 260. I was hoping I could find someone with a 2.4 so they could tell me.

Hi Keyplayr,,,,,is you Q6600 a 2.4 ? If so how does your GTX 280 run on your system. I have a 2.4 and hope it will handle the GTX 260.

Video Card and Memory

With the better video cards out there do you really think that the memory on you computer needs to be 4 gigs. What I'm asking is if you already have 2 gigs do you think going to 4 gigs is necessary.

My system has a 700 watt power supply. The people I talked to at Gateway told me it would handle a 9800gtx ( I didn't ask them about the gtx260 ) but the 9800 and the 260 are the same size and have close to the same power requirements. As a matter of fact the reason I bought the model computer...

When I bought the system my plan was to upgrade to a better card when I had the money. I paid another $70.00 ( what a rip)to get the Nvidia 7600gs which I figured would let me play some games untill I could buy a better card. Luckily for me everything I have in my system seems to work good...

Core 2 Duo E6600 Conroe 2.4GHz with gtx260 Video Card

E6600 has 4mb of cache and the E7200 has 3mb of cache.....I think this might make the difference. I called XFX and EVGA and they tell me I won't have a problem....now this is what they are saying...I have to assume they know what they are talking about...But who knows...WICKED GRIN

Core 2 Duo E6600 Conroe 2.4GHz with gtx260 Video Card
