Acer Predator XB271HU bmiprz won't overclock to 165 hz

HoA problems and landscape plans

I'm in a pickle. My family decided to do frontyard work without filing paperwork with the HoA first. None of us have any clue on how to draw landscape plans. Am I able to hire a contractor to simply draw the landscape plans for the finished project?

H60 failing and need a new cooler

My desktop came with a 2013 H60 water cooler. It seems like it's failing and I need a replacement. I prefer a regular cpu fan/heatsink combo that doesn't require me to have access to the back of my motherboard. I'm using a 4820k cpu. What would be a good replacement?

Question about Undervolting GPU

I have a P-7805u which I have read a lot of complaints about the overheating. I noticed it starts overheating once the voltage jumps to 1.12. I was wondering if there was an easy way to modify the voltage settings without having to go through the trouble of getting a Dos Bootable USB drive.
