sorry for the super noob questions but.. everytime i uninstall the drivers or hardware and restart, it automatically finds the new hardware and installs the drivers and i have no option of cancelling. how do idisable this feature? and how do i enter bios? warned you about the noob...

Been doing more research and I found an HIS ICEQ Turbo 6850 that matches up pretty well with the 6950. With the OC, do the two cards match up better with each other? I don't game as much as I use to think and think the HIS OC wouldn't be a a bad purchase as a consumed.
