Woo! Just bought 2 bottles of 21% abv beer!

S'pretty pointless...and I really wouldn't qualify it as beer. I was bouncing around different mountains all winter with little money and drank a lot of heavy beer, 8-9%. It really just isn't very good. You're basically drinking beer with white alochol.

I'm not trying to screw my landlord over. She's trying to screw ME. I gave her notice. She was quite fine with the fact that I was breaking the lease and moving to another location. The only discontent she showed was her sadness for our leaving. We have been the best tenants she's had to date...
