dont know if its the same 2100 model, but outpost.com has a 64 meg (expandable to 96 meg) rave mp3 player which looks very similiar to the 2100 for only $99 before MIR. I'd say go for the outpost one... theres even free shipping.
if you really want this drive like i do, i just went through the staples store, rather then their internet store (1800staples instead of 18003staple) and they did the price match without checkin, but no coupon, so i got this drive for $128.XX.
the way i interpreted it was that the rebate form is found only in specially marked boxes... if someone were to scan it, you could potentially send in that form. I know its a long shot, but hey... you are one of the many that got in on a digital camera deal, and needed this iomega drive, seems...

get the rebate from amazon.com and its says valid on order from purchased between 9/15/00 - 1/31/01. Also, go through brandsforless.com and you can get free shipping!
dont try to price match with staples... you'll leave feelin like an idiot :o
