4K (4096x2160) Displays - any available for us USA end-users?

Looks like the 7900s can do 4096x2160 via DP and 4096x3112 via HDMI while the other cards at stock can't reach that resolution per Nvidia and AMD websites (580/590/6970/6990 = 2560x1600).

I would consider this a corner case, you just don't have a ton of features even a regular notebook would have. You don't have a DVD drive, you are using an ULV CPU, and you have less space to dissipate heat. I just don't see an Ultrabook as a viable desktop replacement, it's more of a secondary...

Here's the thing I think you are missing, you aren't going to do anything that taxing on an Ultrabook so most of that extra CPU muscle is going to waste. If you want something that can breeze through stuff you probably will be getting a normal notebook. I also think you are underrating Llano's...

If the non-CPU specs are close I could see this doing well. You are sacrificing CPU performance but should trade that for gains in GPU, personally with how powerful CPUs are now that is a trade I would make. As long as these have SSDs standard I would be more interested in it than Ultrabooks...

2.02V for 8.4GHz, looks like there was a run at 8.14GHz and 1.944V. Seems BD can take more voltage than previous chips, AMD's previous record was 7.378GHz at 1.88V (per overclockers.com).

Very doubtful, I would put that with the initial rumors of the Wii having a PPU. The RV770 rumor seems like it started when a couple people found the Game Watch article and saw RV770 in it and thought that meant that the WiiU had one.

Do you think that the Xbox 360 CPU is faster than an dual core SB? It has more cores so it has to be much faster, right? If what you say is true then by disabling hyper-threading on an i7 you don't lose any performance. Wow I need to go tell Intel to redo their architectures and to not improve...
