Man of Steel - 9/10
Loved it. I thought it was great experience. Definitely the best I've seen this year.
Movies that I've seen lately - Man of Steel > This is the End > Fast and Furious > Pain and Gain > Now You See Me > Iron Man 3 > Star Trek Into Lens Flare > The Purge > Hangover 3.
This is the End - 8/10
I really liked it - it definitely is a unique. Just a bunch of friends riffing on themselves vs the Apocalypse. I loved the cast (Danny McBride is killer here), I laughed a lot and I wasn't disappointed in it. I don't know if I would watch it 20 times over on HBO...
Star Trek - Captain Eyebrows and the Lens Flare Brigade: 6.5/10
Somewhat of a disappointment to me but ok... I guess. I wanted to like it more, it just seemed to be quick and dirty, and just a piece of fluff. With lots of lens flare. It's no Wrath of anyway.
Iron Man 3: 6/10

My pops had this exact same car - 1986 Pontiac Trans Am. Red, t-tops. Different wheels though.
Fun car. Great when the pavement was flat otherwise the ride was pretty rough. T-tops never leaked.
If I recall correctly, it was $18,000 new.
Terrible movie.
But according to Wiki, it had a budget of $1MM and took in $35MM.
That's why there will always be another Paranormal Activity - as long as people go to see it, they will keep spinning out more trash.
Sinister - 6/10
Not the best movie of all time but it certainly could have been worse. A true life crime investigator finds a box of old movies depicting the murders of multiple families in his home. And then strange occurances begin to happen.
It isn't scary but it does a good job of...
I just recently had an Avenger as a rental. It was perfectly acceptable and actually a lot better to drive than I thought it would be. The lowlights were the cheap plastic interior and the auto tranny. I'd never buy one, they are beyond bland, but as a rental it was fine.
