Running Folding@Home GPU and SETI@Home GPU

There must be a way for the F@H gpu client to only run when the gpu is idle, akin to screensaver mode...or maybe not :\ Also, f@h credit is very dependent on time taken to return results, so if there was some way to have a 50/50 share, your overall points would fall.

F@H New GPU WUs - 8031, 8032, 8033

I'm in! Just finished installing four large instances (4 cores, 8GB RAM, 240GB HDD) and four small instances (2 cores, 2GB RAM, 60GB HDD) , which hits the RAM limit of 20GB per availability. They let me have two availabilities, AZ1 and AZ2, so I must have just gotten lucky before they restricted...

Accidentally blocked BOINC with Comodo

Thanks for that. The job is going very well so far! I think I have a different version of Comodo to you, walleironhead (Premium?) but BOINC was set to allow any connection. I couldn't fix it so have uninstalled and gone back to folding until I have more time to sort stuff. Folding is still...

When I check the tick box "Use NVIDIA GPU", and press "Save", PG still shows my NVIDIA GPU set to no. Any ideas?

SMP Won't DL -bigadv Units?

Ah...yes, W7 SMP. I've pretty much accepted that it won't happen now. Shame, I was getting 50k PPD with this and now it's down to 31k if I'm lucky :(

Strangely enough, for a long time now I have only been folding on 2 clients - one SMP and one GPU2. Even now, my stats page says I have 3 clients running. Is somebody folding for me? I'm not sure how this is possible especially since I use a passkey like everyone else. :confused: Linky

I'm in, though I won't be nearly as fast as last year - no job = no upgrades, and I really don't have time to find out what's wrong with my 3x 8800GT rig. Been one of those years when nothing gets done! But at least I should have the pleasure of finally hitting 10M during the race this year :)
