I bought it off Direct2Drive as well but can't get it to install. It asks for Data4.cab which I don't have. Any thoughts?? Windows 7 Pro 64. TAGES drivers installed (unfortunately).

Neuromancer

Always had trouble finding Comlink 6.0. Spent a while the first time finding it. Fantastic game though. Can't go wrong with a DEVO soundtrack on the c64! It better come back, and it better be good!

Wayyy tooo go dodge

Parents owned a Stratus now for 6 years or so? Maybe a little longer. Had rotors that warped the first few months it was on the road. Fixed them. Warped again a few months later. Numerous other problems on the car that just shouldn't happen on a new vehicle. I'll never buy Dodge.

ran out of power steering fluid, harder to turn now

Oh how I miss my power steering. I had the pump mounts fail due to bad engine mounts causing vibration. Once I fix them, I can reattach the pump. Parking is a pain in the buttocks.

Still doesn't answer my question whether or not the secure HDCP path will work or if the player might downscale to lower resolutions. Even if there's a standalone player, what happens if the tv doesnt' have a fully compliant HDCP spec?

It's running an ATI Radeon 9800. This will most likely be upgraded (as well as the CPU/mobo) if I go blu-ray. I'm just concerned how the TV will affect the setup.

At the time, DVI cables were quite expensive (from what I could find). There were a lot of instances of overscan that weren't fixable on the set through DVI. Video card drivers didn't support underscan resolutions then either. I purchased the official ATI DVI-->component converter and use that...

Dropped my car off at the garage this morning...

Yes I was going to say that $500 probably covered physical materials only and not the hours of work by the programmers, artists, and modelers. If it took a few months to make, that's thousands of dollars in labor not put into the budget. It was well done, though.

I was about to ask the same thing. I've used the Half Life defaults, well, since Half Life. You can't strafe right if C is used for crouching. Same if using the arrow keys. No matter which you use, you can't move as well. Quake indoctrinated me into WASD and it's ultimately one of the best...

What size monitors do you use for gaming?

You people are all hardcore! I have a 19" AGM that was cheap on Newegg a few years ago. Analog only, no DVI inputs. But it's served me really well, no dead/stuck pixels, very fast response time. 1440x900. Can be seen here: http://www.newegg.com/product/...21706&ATT=NeovoAGMCW19

Thanks for all the responses! I managed to get 3 of the sticks installed at spd (3-3-3-8) and the system is stable (so far). It's weird. I had two sticks in at Cas2 and they worked fine. Added the 3rd and no go. Took the 3rd stickout and set the cas to 2.5 and the original two sticks...

are there any really good tutorials for SimCity4+ RH?

I'm sure you've seen the site, but go to simtropolis.com and head to the forums. There are tons of helpful tutorials, studies, PATCHES, and mods to use to make the game a little more friendly. I've been playing since it was released and love it. It has its quirks, but it's fun.
