edit: so i just took apart the whole rig cleaned the everything put everything back together and it works very odd i fixed it but i dont know wth caused it.

Yea i took those screens on my machine. and yea i am running a Nvidia card. BUT the Ati clearly wins. and yea i agree with PC Surgeon seeing is believing.
i think you need to put that ram in another board and see if it can still do those clocks. the ram just might be degrading never know or it could be the board. and what bios are you on. i say test that ram on an other board that you have dont just come to hasty conclusions.
