lucky you guys! i have a 0904 bpmw batch, i can seen the 4 cores in the acc settings but can't see it in windows. will try other settings to do the trick.
I've seen some overclocked their Phenom II's beyond 4Ghz on just air-cooling. With a more hardcore air cooler you should be able to push it pass 3.5 ghz. :)
3870's in crossfire will beat a single 4850 card all at stock. but it's only a few fps compared to the TDP in which a single 4850 is more practical. :)
it would be advisable to get a new psu, yeah i'll go with corsair's 620W. but if you have the dough go get the 750W so the psu wont have a hard time feeding the system.
For me i'd say it depends on your mood, if you want a fast killing action day, play L4D. If you like to explore a lot places, so Fallout 3 is the game. :P
