have you tested it with prime95 or seti@home 3dmark is more towards grapics stabilty (imo)and 1.95 is sorta high for a celeron,but if your sure the temps are at 35c maxed out then that dont sound to bad i use to run a p3 700@1ghz with 1.9 but my temps were relativly high around 48c full load so...

i have the cusl2 and pep66 and it fits..but thats because my case is really big. if you already have the pep66 it wouldnt hurt trying to fit but if you are planning on buying a h/f just buy the pal35t.

im currently using the 1003.4 decided to skip the 1003final.i havent seen any changes and the memory performance stayed the same for me maybe others had better luck im only getting 392/450 no higher or lower.

i have both the cusl2 and p3v4x and the cusl2 for me is way better i can overclocker stable at higher mhz on the cusl2.and the cusl2 gave me way more options imo.

for heatsink go for fop32 or alpha pal35t the pal35t is probably the best dont get pep66 unless you have it already,because i had to mod my pep66 to make it fit perfect a bit its made for slotkit cpu

that setting right there makes a huge difference in overclocking its also to test stabilty i remeber on a be6-2 if i set it to 1 i can overclock way more its just like memory cas settings
