Check the speed your memory is running at and set it manually under advanced in the bios - see http://forums.anandtech.com/messageview.cfm?catid=29&threadid=202082 for details mate as the auto select tends to set the speed too high

I had narrowed it down to a "must be a bios config problem" and I was right. The BIOS Memory speed setting was on auto and wrongly selecting my pc100 dimms to be 2ns ram (i presume) as opposed to the (obviously now...
Upto 1st reboot and evry time after rebooting it say "Windows Protection error IOS you must restart your computer"????
I have tried diff memory AGP cards (geforce 2 and atixpert) and remove all other cards. Only thing i havent got a spare of is the H/D which is an IBM deskstar ATA66...
