Yes..I did a clean install, bcoz its brand new...oly when vista had problem, Xp was installed to check if was the problem of the motherboard or graphic card..
The various links provided was not that much informative. And its too lengthy full of texts. No use so far.
And regarding vista sp1 i'm waiting to get sp2...so lets say sp1 did not solve my problem.
Let me be clear one again, my os is vista 64 sp1, when I try to install driver for the 9800...

The problem is installing these drivers with both provided cd and website..(I mean the cd provided with te card and the same from makers website)
When the installation is in process or even sometimes, after finishing install, the system freezes...

With windows xp there are no issues for GTX+
But when vista 64 (all versions tested) is installed and during driver update the system freezes..then blue...
