Actually its better than most lower/mid and some high end air coolers. These tests are done with NO power saving features or turbo so the core clock and voltage is set 100% of the time.
With what you said about bulky, With both fans installed its smaller than my Corsair A70 along with that...

Thermaltake WATER2.0 Performer Review
By: Brandon Harrison (Brandonwh64)
Though Thermaltake is no stranger to water cooling products, this is one of the first lines of closed loop liquid cooling systems. With the release of this series of closed loop coolers, Thermaltake has strived to bring...
I dont know if it will lower the cooling but you can goto start then run and then msconfig under the boot tab goto advanced options and there is a box you can check and select how many cores you want.
Id suggest getting some MX-2 for new egg and a small rifle cooler like a 212+ or something to...
A Sapphire 4870 512mb just sold on techpowerup for 75$ shipped, you should scour the FS threads here, hard forums, and tech power up for a 48xx or hell a 5770 card.

5770 for 85$ shipped ^^^
Gaming performance shows that the porpus CPU is even weaker than a Phenom II dual core so best to stay Phenom II til you can get a 6 core

I had a AMD K6 3D 400mhz CPU and 16MB of ram, a voodoo 3 2000 PCI, 2GB hard drive, 100W PSU, Some random motherboard. had this PC til HL1 came out and it bogged down trying to play it so i upgraded to a ATI 3d rage card and it still didnt get like 20FPS
I wouldnt pay that much! there are about 2 or 3 on techpowerup forums for around 165$ shipped. i just sold mine for 150. DONT BUY A NEW ONE! use the FS forums
I have been testing out drivers for the XFX 6800 XT 256 DDR3 card and with the newest ones the card chokes bad but if you go pre 1XX.XX series it gets alot better. if anyone has a 6800XT with good drivers let me know which ones they are. I tried the legendary 77.77 drivers but i guess that was...
this bios has ZERO overclocking settings (besides memory speed). From all the forums i have searched for this board they say using setFSB is the best to overclock with and as you can see @ 3.8ghz and 4 hours linx stable it runs good
I have some simular problems on mine too! i can hit 3.9ghz on my C3 by just changing the multi 19x and a HT of 205 and a Vcore of 1.45 and it linpack stable over night but it doesnt matter what voltage or setting i throw at it, It WILL NOT get stable at 4ghz :( maybe we have the same batch?
I acually found a old Microstar ATX case not too long ago (one of the first of the microstar computer line of ATX) I was thinking of putting my P4 build in it
I doubt it due to the motherboards have far diffrent chipsets but it can be the luck of the draw. try it and if it boots all the way in to windows then you will be good just uninstall the original drivers. If it BSOD or Freezes or restarts during boot, then you need to reinstall windows
