if the Intel one is significantly cheaper, you can go for it. please bear in mind that celelon and Intel graphics are totally low end and won't be great for multimedia.
if the prices are similar. get the a8 eyes closed. you get MUCH better performance and graphics. also Battery life is better.

Atleast there is 0.2Ghz jump. Also the A8 6410 can turbo much Longer. Almost continuous.
Most graphics cards are straight re-name rather than improvements.

I just brought the samsug laptop with amd e1 vision apu at 1.4ghz dual core. graphics is amd 7310 wish 80 shaders. very nice performance. USB 3.0 and 500gb hdd. a steal at 19.5k.
