PSU noise through the roof after GTX 780 install

Just wanted that confirmation. I wasn't sure if my hunch was right or wrong. PSU running close to capacity is something I've not come across before so that realm is all new to me. Thanks! :)

That was more of a diagnosis for me to see if it really was the PSU. Fan noise is reduced but the noise level is still really high even after being propped up.

Moving away from 5770, on budget, need advice

Tough choices, but all very good suggestions. Thanks! I did need a lower power card suggestions just to see what the pros and cons are for taking either so thanks for those suggestions. Easiest part now i guess is to see what the price difference would justify.

Moving away from 5770, on budget, need advice

I flashed it to the 1226 bios yesterday. Regardless what I OC'ed it to, it wouldnt matter. I can have it post, not change anything, turn off, turn on and it wouldnt post.
