HELP! Epox 8K7A stuttering with VIA 4.32

yes no 4n1's for amd 761 northbridge mobo's, just the southbridge drivers (via's IDE drivers and ac97 or whatever onboard sound drivers) btw id format and reinstall win98, unless your good with win9x registry hacking

epox 8k7a ide cables..

have you guys noticed that the IDE/floppy cables that come with this board are pure crap? first try detecting my 75gxp 30gig came up with 7gig drive that was unreadable...fiddled with the cable and 5 boots in a row no primary ide drive...then one reboot later (without touching anything) 30gig...

RAID board questions.

this isnt really a motherboard forum question, but to use the onboard raid controller you must plug the ide cables into the raid slots (normally 1 cable to each drive, master on each channel). then goto the raid bios, create the array (raid 0 for one large striped drive). after that just...

actually the 2 worlds you speak of are actually just 1, your perception of there being 2 is not a 'correct opinion'. theres many different kinds of people, im just being general. its not a 50/50 split, theres always exceptions to the rule, but the exceptions only prove that the rule is true...

i know enermax rox, but its not on amd's approved list. ive had 0 problems with sparkle power, but ive also never had over dual 1ghz coppermines running on one. what ya guys say?
