If you get a second fan later, make sure they both blow the same way. You don't want two fans blowing against each other.

Highest cfm 120mm fans, value most important

Can't beat Delta when you're looking for high CFM fans aka blowdryers. By the way, watch your fingers if your have them on. Getting hit at 4000rpm is no joke.

Does more fans means more noise?

Good eyes! Those fans ARE both blowing into the heatsink and that is NOT good. You are causing air to be trapped inside of the heatsink, causing excessive pressure and turbulence. I would turn that fan around right away. You should get some considerably lower temps, especially on load.

Depends on your power supply. Fans don't really draw that much power so if you are connecting a bunch of fans together, I wouldn't worry about it. If you power supply is single rail, then it doesn't matter at all since everything is being powered through a single rail. For multiple rails...

More than one CPU fan?

You can connect 2 3-pin fans to one 3-pin header with this: http://www.svc.com/3pinyadapter.html If your CPU fan has 4-pins, that means it has PWM function. (No worries though, you can plug the 3-pin fan right on in. You just can use the PWM function.)
