I dont think I can use that dual router because there is I cant run a line from the second DSL line to the router. Otherwise that thing would be perfect though!
Can I make the single computer with the second DSL line a gateway then set up each computer to look for the main router, then the second computer as gateways.

I installed XP off of my Kenwood drive, and now it will only read from my burner, it will not detect any disc, burned or otherwise, in the Kenwood. Anyone have similiar problems with the Kenwood, ro know of a fix?

Ok, I have this strange problem with mIRC in win2000. Whenever I am receiving a DCC transfer which is going very quickly (100K/sec+)....I get a Win2000 Blue Screen and I have to reboot. This happens with different versions of mIRC. I spits out some HEXIDECIMAL lookin message then says some...

For some reason I cannot get any programs to rip faster than 1X with my Kenwood 72TrueX + SBLive mp3 setup. Ive tried using multiple audio cables and the SPDIF cable, and Ive tried using MusicMatch and CDex, the only success ive had is with the AudioCatalyst demo. ANy suggestions?
My zip drive is showing up just like a Hard Disk...IE in FDISK/Partition Magic, Device Manager, etc....is this normal....I dont seem to have any way of stopping it...
Gentus 3.0 has the option to format the drive in an IDE-RAID configuration (I havent tried it). Overall it's a pretty crappy distro though, based off of Redhat 6.o or so, which makes it kinda outdated now :)
My motherboard is an Abit SE6 815 chipset....its a few MONTHS old...but I went ahead and did that EZ-Install deal, and now my SCSI card isnt working, so go figure.....at least I get the 20 gigs...
Jumpers are set to Slave, Drive is in LBA Mode, BIOS is current as of 6/9/00...Western DIgital Drive Utilities disk wont let me test the drive or write zeroes to it....aaarggh
My new Sam's club WD205AB or whatever 20 gig drive installed fine, jumpers are right, seen in BIOS and everything....but only shows up as a 2 Gig drive is BIOS....my specs are in the sig and im running the most current SE6 Bios...any suggestions?
I repartitioned, and installed win98, then 2000...now I am dual booting fine...I am going to hold off on triple booting Be till i fleabay a compatible NIC though...thanks for the help!
OK heres the deal. First i created a C Drive (FAT32), and a D Drive (NTFS) and installed Win2000 on the NTFS. Then I installed Win98 on the C Drive. When I installed 98 of course my Boot loader disappeared even the I did setup /ntldr, and I couldn't get the boot menu back with the emergency...
check to see if any cables are flipped, some IDE cables can go in either way, and the system wont boot when they are upside down :)....happened to me before :)
I updated the BIOS and then it got past the hardware detection screen...then I had a whole bunch of wackiness ensue due to my foolishness (trying to triple boot 98/2K/Be Pro 5) which i am in the process of straightening out....thanks for the suggestions!
