I think my PC died

Hi everyone, well this afternoon I logged on to Stream and all of sudden PC shouts off I try to re-boot it and nada, power light is on but nothing else works. What could it be? MB CPU ect?Its an older 775 Q9400.

OK thanks dma not really in a hurry, just that current pc been freezing in games lately and I have to hold pwr button to reboot system. I don't know if that is I am still using Win Vista. Will a temporary fix be to replace HD and install Win 7?

OS and HD Question

Hi I am finally going from vista to Win7 and I bought a new HD for new OS. How difficult is it to switch HD and install new OS into current PC? I know you have to go into BIOS and change boot from DVD drive is this all I need to do or am I missing steps? Here are specs for PC MB Asus P5N-E-SLI...
