Also got it for 39.99 with a free $10 GC. The counter monkey was taking Crysis out of the shipping boxes behind the Customer Service counter. The game rang up 49.99. I whipped out the ad and he price adjusted to 39.99 and gave me the $10 card.
I paid $200 for the original Intergraph Rendition 1000 card back in Nov 1996.
Eleven years later, $239 for a Superclocked 8800GT is a hell of a deal....which is why I bought one.
Guys.....I have the OCZ 2GB stick and it works with Readyboost. Another thing.....throw out those stats (32MB read/26MB write, etc) because they mean absolutely NOTHING when it comes to how Readyboost performs. We're more interested in the performance of small, random read/writes. Not large...
The software will not automatically "deactivate" and be rendered useless. You just won't be in compliance with the license......that's all. The workstations/servers will continue to function. In fact, even after your subscription expires you can still use the old Action Pack keys to activate...

I bought this card from BB online to replace my 7600GT. It may be a minor bump, but AmEx will buy back my 7600GT for the 160.00 I paid for it. To sum it up, I'm getting better performance for 10 bucks cheaper.
Jesus. We need a little more piss on our parade. ;)
Whatever I end up with is good enough for me. I only had so much to spend. I have my second daughter due in less than 3 weeks. :) I'll be home for 3 weeks and the E6400 will give me something to mess around with.
I went with the DS3. Also look at this thread and check out the overclock he's getting with the DS3:

Their website has said that all day. The E6400 even said "Pre-Order" when I ordered. I had NO idea it was actually going to ship today. I was surprised to say the least.
