HOT: Iomega Zip 250 USB-powered External Drive for $120.00 at Staples.com

There are two different Zip 250 USB drives. One uses an AC adapter and is eligible for the gift check rebate. The newer one draws power from the USB port and is NOT eligible for the gift check rebate. I know because I researched this before buying the AC adapter-powered drive.

ibuyer.net, pricegrabber.com, bottomdollar.com. Another good one that most people don't think of is mysimon.com. MySimon is a price search engine for all types of merchandise, but I've found some of the lowest prices on electronics and computer stuff using it.

First of all, there's no $30 Outpost.com coupon - it's a $30 mail-in rebate. Second, there are two different rebate forms. One is what you get if you order through the trade-up program, the other is valid at participating merchants (like Outpost.com). Hope that clears it all up.
