Yeah, i haven't worked for him for about 18 months now but he doesn't want to even talk to me as he knows he owes. Sites are all still up but there basically 'dead' in the water...ie not making any money or anything. I think he's basically given up on internet stuff and has moved onto something...

lol. I worked for him for many many years before this happened so wanted to give him a chance, etc, etc. but he doesn't seem interested in restitution for all that. He's paying the hosting.

Hi all. Here's a scenario and need some advice. Worked as a salaried employed for a long time for a guy as a designer and server,sql admin, etc and he started to run into some money troubles - promises promises, blah blah.... So, long story short it's been over 18 months since he last paid me...

So I bought a Corsair H50

I have one of these on my 920 and it is a very nice piece of equipement. Very quiet, but not silent. no complaints though - its a hell of a lot quieter than the stock cooler...lol. and with the quite psu I bought I cant hear it at all when the furnace kicks on. I noticed no real difference...

Help me decide on a PSU

i bought the antec x-850 signature series and it is fantastic. its super quiet and semi modular. i've gamed on it for hours and never even noticed the fan fire up. my h50 water cooling fan is louder...lol. You will be very happy with that one. Not sure on the corsair but I had the same dilema as...

Installed Windows 7 on a new Intel X-25M G2 SSD... some questions

I did the firmware update 'first' before the install...no problems whatsoever on that...as well I think it was hdtach or hdtune i used as well to see if it was reading/writing within average. I had to turn off indexing and i moved temp and tmp folder to another drive. Limited my page file but...

I have this same issue. just started recently. I think its the latest driver (whql) they released. I've been trying to figure out what it is and have been farting around with the settings too but remembering i've never had problems before that it must be the drivers. I"m running a q6600 @ 3ghz...

these are valid points and I would agree on going the p55 route except for the nagging feeling I have on bandwidth issues that may arise next year with usb3 and sata 6 devices just around the corner. Just not sure on if the p55 would handle the next gen SSD's which I will definately be buying.

hey guys. long time lurker here (i'm talking years) and i finally have something to ask...lol... I really like the power consumption on the 860 and have been favouring it quite a bit for my next purchase but I still have this nagging doubt that perhaps an 920 is the better buy (for me)...
