How to make Windows 7 Taskbar look really cool

After thinking a lot about it, I think what they did was that they put a new taskbar on the real one and plugged in all those funky icons using rainmeter. Somewhat like Columns UI in foobar2000. Still baffled though. And this is not on MAC. See the screenie in the link...

How to make Windows 7 Taskbar look really cool

I am wondering how the desktop taskbar can look like one in the screenshot. Please help. http://customize.org/rainmeter/skins/58074 I have the Rainmeter program and I am using Enigma one as I could not get HUD Vision to work. I am baffled as to how they made the taskbar so different looking.

Windows 7 is not recognizing Partition on WD Hard Drive (Model: WD6400AAKS)

Fixed it! I imported the foreign disk (right-click the disk and then clicked Import Foreign Disks). It recognized the volume. Thanks.

Thanks everyone and especially daw123, I got it working now. And at stock setup,CPU is idling between 25-28c and on load between 45-49c. Hopefully, these temps are good. Thanks again for all the help. It was indeed an user error. My apologies.

Great Suggestions. I already updated the rig components based on the suggestions of folks. PSU is now OCZ @70 bucks. Mobo and RAM are changed as well. As far as GPU goes, I will be buying around XMas. I hope to see a price drop. I am not buying at 390 bucks for sho. But, I like to get good GPUs.
