Just a few thoughts:
How far apart are the 2 Access Points?
Are they broadcasting the same exact SSID?
As I have recently done tuning of Unifi APs, this has helped tremendously in resets and retransmission errors as I had issues with endpoints bouncing between access points because radio...
We used Behr Marquee on our home and we are really liking the way it looks. It is a little bit pricey but I think overall we are very happy with the way it applied and the results
Yeah, I am not too worried about matching brands and I think I would like to go the route you are describing. Some friends have suggested buying floor models for the extra discount. Bosch Dishwasher seems to be the general consensus so I think I will go with that. Guess we'll see about the...
Hi all,
My wife and I recently decided to remodel our home and I am currently looking suggestions on the following types of appliances as I haven't found reviews online to be very helpful in regards to reliability:
Double Oven Range
Dish Washer
Refrigerator
I have been told to avoid Samsung...
I'd love the video card as I am hoping to revive my gaming rig as I haven't been motivated to touch it due to the rise in video card prices and more demanding games :)
Powerline network unit connects your network over power (through a wall socket). Trendnet has quite a few that are fairly popular and pretty affordable.
If you look for "Ethernet over Power" you should get quite a few results.
I personally think you should go with your latter option with installing Win 10 and transferring the files over. It sounds like the easiest road to go with less headaches.
I ran into something similar and gave up with troubleshooting and just reformatted the partition my windows installation...
Best thing you can do is hook the monitor up to another PC if available and see if you get the same issues. But this sounds more to do with your graphics card having artifacting issues.
I'll have to agree that Acronis seems to have been the quickest and easiest way for me to image a drive and transfer it over if you don't have the patience/time to reinstall everything :)
You could try a couple of things, such as getting a hard drive enclosure, or boot ubuntu from a CD/DVD and mount the hard drive to see if the drive isn't completely toast.
Despite not being bootable data, I think the only clear explanation I can give is that any "bad" or "corrupt" data greatly hinders performance. It also could be Windows trying to index the information on those drives which is causing long delays.
I.e. Outlook performance issues with long holds...
Personally, I prefer USB just as DVDs/CDs are not very conventional to carry around and USB sticks have the option of being carried on something as easy as your key chain.
HP Laptops from around that time-frame usually are known to have overheating issues. The fans inside the laptop are fairly weak. You can certainly try using compressed air to get the dust out.
What is the exact model number of the laptop?
The downside about this is that they are supposedly removing the multiplayer from 2 & 3, and incorporating a Beta Multiplayer for 4 just in case anyone is interested in buying this.
Edit: Talking about inside the remaster product :)
Thanks for the feedback! Basically they had to make a fake company and they chose to do something relating to a Pandora/Spotify type of service. But I agree that I was impressed up to the drowned out noise as well.
Oh boy... I should have saw that one coming ;)
Hi all,
Just wanted to share something that my fiancee has been working on for her final project. If you have any suggestions on things to add, subtract, or edit, any feedback is appreciated!

Hi all, fairly new to DC and joined the AT team! :) Is there any beginner tips/advice I can get? I know it's a general question but I'm not really sure where to start!
I was thinking of setting up my laptop at home as a dedicated cruncher. It runs a Intel Core 2 Duo (2.4ghz I believe?) with...
